Yes. Give at least five business days' notice before the end of the month. Your site stays up through the paid month plus five days.
If we register it for you, one domain up to $25 a year is included and renewed on your plan. It transfers to you, and after three months of service the transfer is free. Cancel before then and it still transfers to you, for a one-time $50 fee.
If you already own a domain, we connect it through nameservers, DNS records, or access you delegate at your registrar. We never ask for your passwords.
We build the new one beside it. Nothing changes on your current site until you approve the new one and tell us to launch.
Most sites are ready for you to review in about five days. Waiting on photos or answers pushes that out.
We give you a realistic date, and we do not guarantee one.
